Dixon Wilson, Chartered Accountants, is pleased to announce that Joanna Boatfield and Benjamin Grist join the partnership of Dixon Wilson with effect from 1 April 2011.
Ben and Jo both joined as trainees and qualified as Chartered Accountants and Chartered Tax Advisers with the firm. They now look after diverse portfolios of private clients, landed estates, entrepreneurial businesses and charities.
Ben and Jo provide a complete range of services to their clients including tax compliance services, tax advisory services focused on long-term capital tax planning, and accounting, auditing / assurance services.
Ben's main focus is on clients with landed estate interests and non-UK domiciled individuals. Jo has developed a strong portfolio of entrepreneurial clients, many with businesses in the art sector, and is developing a speciality in the charity sector.
The partners are confident that they will continue their success in their new roles and that they will make a strong contribution to the firm's practice.
The partners are also pleased to announce the promotion of Mark Williams to Senior Manager. Mark's focus is advising on all aspects of transactional work for the firm's entrepreneurial clients, and covers the corporate and personal tax issues which arise as well as advising on accounting matters.
