Dixon Wilson appoints two new partners

Dixon Wilson, the accountancy firm specialising in high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs and their businesses, has appointed two new Partners within the firm’s London office.
Steven Wakefield ACA joined Dixon Wilson in 1995 as a trainee, having previously worked in IT in the travel industry and reading Mathematics and Computer Science at Southampton University.  Steven works in all areas of corporate services, and specialises in corporation tax planning, audit and financial reporting.  Steven’s clients include the largest independent group of estate agents in the UK and the UK and Russian operations of a worldwide media agency.

Sonya Rees ACA CTA joined Dixon Wilson in 2000 after reading Geography at Oxford University.  A significant part of Sonya’s work is with high net worth individuals in Dixon Wilson’s private client practice.  She works with a number of wealthy family groups whose activities include property management and development as well as the more traditional farming businesses. Sonya also works for trusts, charities and estates where her roles include personal and corporate tax compliance and consultancy.

These new promotions bring the total number of Partners at Dixon Wilson to 17. David Nelson, Senior Partner at Dixon Wilson comments: “Since Steven and Sonya joined us they have both made a tremendous contribution within our private client and entrepreneurial client base. These promotions are a testament to Dixon Wilson’s continued success and expansion.”
