| We do not accept commission payments from IFAs, fund managers and so on, which means we are able to present a wide range of solutions to our clients, based on their needs. It is one of the reasons our clients come to rely on us, and come back to us time after time. It helps us build relationships with our clients. I really get to understand our clients, which certainly keeps me on my toes as I have to be up to date on a whole raft of issues, from transferring farmland to varying PPRs to foreign portfolios.
